What are the return/exchange costs?
The return costs are free for any order placed on the site.

How soon can I return / exchange my package?
The items you wish to return must be in their original packaging, accompanied by their labels . You have 14 days from receipt to return your package. Only new, unworn and unsoiled products te will be refunded within 15 days.

How do I return / exchange my parcel?
To return your parcel, write us an e-mail at etparis.info@gmail.com, indicating :- your order number - the reason for the return - the desired formula (exchange / credit note / refund). We will then send you an email with a prepaid Colissimo label to stick on your package.

Package must be returned as follows:

- The prepaid label must be affixed to the package.
- The package must include: - the invoice - the items, in their original packaging, and meeting the return conditions set out below on it.

Then drop off your package at a Post Office, where it will be scanned and picked up.
